Company: Mercer Description: Oliver Wyman Office of the CIO (OCIO) is seeking a Manager, Change & Adoption to drive structured change management and enterprise adoption across our technology organization. This role will lead end-to-end change strategy and execution in support of the organization’s evolving operating model. Operating in a complex, matrixed environment, the Manager will partner closely with engineering, product, operations, and leadership teams to accelerate adoption, drive behavior change, and ensure initiatives translate into measurable outcomes. This role will also elevate executive communications and storytelling standards across the OCIO, ensuring strategic priorities are clearly understood and effectively reinforced at every level of the organization.
