Lancashire County Council Specialist Teaching Service is seeking to appoint several (FTE part time will be considered) Specialist Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join our Service for a two-year period. The Specialist Teaching Service is part of the Inclusion Service and comprises various specialist teaching teams, including three Early Years teams, one Qualified Teacher of the Deaf team ( QToD ), one Qualified Teacher of the Visually Impaired team (QTVI), and the Primary+ Team. The team is a specialist peripatetic teaching service dedicated to supporting schools and settings across Lancashire in meeting the needs of children and young people (ages 4–19) with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
