Job Description Media and Digital Manager (EPDM): Key responsibilities — Media: · Lead day-to-day media and digital implementation with local marketing teams (excluding UK), working closely with Carat and Kitchen; focus on Germany as a priority market. · Manage productivity across EPDM markets through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. · Support development of media briefs for Germany, BLX and Nordics. · Lead the audit process across EPDM markets, with primary focus on Germany. · Work with Kitchen & Carat teams on always-on social activity (Smartly). · Support JBP realisation by collecting data and feedback from markets and developing a test-and-learn agenda, including implementation of AI-powered solutions. Key responsibilities — Cross-team working and other areas · Work closely with the wider Marketing and PODs teams to implement the EPDM strategy. · Ensure key campaign messages are consistently used and maximised across media and digital channels. · Support excellence and capability building through a media training agenda.
