Team Leader ACT Department: ACT: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Lebanon - Lynn Street: Reporting To: Justina Robinson: Compensation: $38.45 - $41.45 / hour Description: L ead a Multidisciplinary Team Delivering Life-Changing Care as an ACT Team Leader Compass Health is seeking a Team Leader for our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team —a high-impact role guiding a multidisciplinary group of professionals who deliver community-based behavioral health care for individuals with serious mental illness. This full-time, benefit-eligible position offers the opportunity to lead with purpose, ensuring quality service delivery while maintaining a small clinical caseload yourself. You’ll work primarily Monday through Friday, with availability for consultation outside of regular hours. This role includes oversight of adult populations. Experience with co-occurring disorders and family-focused programs is a plus.
