Job DetailsJob Location: Charlotte - Charlotte, NC 28273Salary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 HourlySUMMARY Sets up and operate machines to produce acceptable product according to Sur-Seal’s process. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Accept materials for each assigned job, review and evaluate prior to beginning. Reads job specifications (job traveler) to determine machine adjustments, material requirements and to fully understand process prior to beginning each operation. Fills out sequence at every operation completed. Sets stop or guides to specified length as indicated by scale, rule, or template. Positions work piece against stops or aligns layout marks with die or blade. Activate machine and obtain first run work piece, inspect part and verify dimensional tolerances before continuing to run. Selects and sets speed and feed of machine according to type of operation and specified material and finish. Follow-up with team lead to verify any questions if necessary.
