Position Summary: The Office Coordinator supports daily operations of the office. This position provides guidance in the absence of supervisors and assists with specific duties. Qualifications: Education/Experience: - Welcome and direct visitors - Maintain office equipment, order office supplies - Maintain master calendar and room usage for programs and events - Maintain files and records, prepare emails - Attend meetings and record minutes as requested - Complete statistical data and reporting as needed - Perform other duties as assigned - College degree required, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. - 2 years’ experience working in an office environment Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: - Maintain strict confidentiality Computer Skills: - Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 - Working knowledge of TEAMS and SharePoint - Willingness to learn new software as needed Certificates and Licenses: - Complete Safe From Harm traini...
