Description The Senior Manager, Radiology is a critical leadership role within Emory Healthcare (EHC) Radiology, responsible for overseeing enterprise-wide radiology operations, quality, and safety. This role provides strategic leadership across multiple sites, modalities, and initiatives to ensure consistent workflow, compliance, safety, and performance outcomes. The Senior Manager works collaboratively with technologists, supervisors, physicians, and administrative stakeholders to foster a culture of high reliability, continuous improvement, and service excellence. This position supports a broad range of functions, including quality and safety oversight, regulatory and accreditation compliance, financial management, capital planning, staffing, and enterprise project execution. May also oversee direct reports, including supervisors, managers, and multidisciplinary teams, while aligning departmental initiatives with EHC's broader operational and strategic goals.
