About the Role: We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Associate Director, New Business to join our high-performing team at a time of exciting momentum—following major pitch wins and record-breaking awards, including Media Agency of the Year. This is a unique opportunity to lead high-profile UK pitches and support global opportunities, working closely with senior leaders, industry partners, and teams across the agency. You’ll bring fresh thinking, challenge the status quo, and help shape the next chapter of PHD’s growth.
