Work LocationDelicato Vineyards Manteca Position Purpose: The Environmental (Enviro) & Safety Ops Manager is responsible for implementing and managing environmental compliance and employee safety programs and systems to meet regulatory requirements at all Delicato facilities. This role participates in developing and/or supporting associated environmental and safety programs, systems and initiatives to manage compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, including but not limited to hazardous waste, recycling, greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, ammonia and forklift telemetry. The Enviro & Safety Ops Manager continuously promotes and maintains a proactive collaborative compliance culture in the company while maintaining efficiency, safety, the wellbeing of employees, and sustainable environmental practices.
