Job Summary: The Vice President, Enterprise AI Acceleration & Performance is responsible for accelerating enterprise-wide ideation, development, and execution of high value AI use cases in partnership with business and functional leaders. This role ensures AI moves rapidly from concept to scaled impact, directly contributing to administrative cost reduction, medical loss ratio (MLR) improvement, and revenue growth. Essential Functions: - Partner with senior business executives to identify, shape, and refine AI use cases aligned to CareSource strategic objectives. - Translate business problems into execution ready AI initiatives by coordinating intake, feasibility, prioritization, and delivery pathways. - Drive speed to value by standardizing reusable AI patterns, playbooks, and deployment accelerators. - Lead the AI enablement function across verticals, including AI champions, pod teams, and functional partners. - Establish repeatable “AI pod” execution models that integrate business, data, technology, compliance, and change management resources. - Ensure consistent adoption of ATO tools, platforms, and ways of working across the enterprise. - Serve as a trusted AI execution partne...
