Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product/Test Engineer with a focus on New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Technology Introduction (NTI) to join our team in Catania (Italy). In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing cutting-edge semiconductor products from design to high-volume manufacturing, ensuring their quality and manufacturability through robust test strategies. Job Responsibilities: - Drive the definition, development, and implementation of test methodologies and strategies for new semiconductor products and technologies from early design stages through to mass production. - Assure and guarantee an optimized test solution development with comprehensive test programs for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) to ensure thorough coverage of product specifications and performance. - Conduct extensive product characterization, including silicon validation, performance analysis, and corner case testing to ensure product robustness and reliability. - Lead test data analysis to identify yield detractors, collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for cost-effective testing. - Supp...
