Job description

Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordination position provides operational and sales support to sales personnel for Ziegler Inc. Duties include: supporting sales representatives with securing inventory, walk in traffic, creating agreements, facilitating transportation, invoicing, and warranty enrollment of machines. Candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, possess the ability to reason with all personality types, take direction from others, multi-task, and meet short timelines. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Serves as main line of support for sales representatives - Point of contact for walk in traffic and area customers - Creates and maintains sale and lease agreements - Schedules trucking and or shipping of equipment to customer sites - Finalizes invoices and credits for transactions - Handle any additional special projects as needed - Ability to manage a large number of transactions and high functioning salespeople - Additional administrative tasks as seen fit - Keep up to date and accurate records - Timely creation of sales or lease contracts and processing of invoices - Ability to multi-task on...
