Job description

We are looking for a talented Service Parts Associate to join our team specializing in parts for our Distribution Center located in Candiac, QC . In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions, and dispatch parts at the local branch, while checking for damage and discrepancies. - Provide accurate documentation and maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the entire process. - Work with internal and external customers at the parts counter in the local branch. - Complete required training in line with business requirements. - Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment. - Comply with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, policies, procedures, and regulations.
