We will fully certify you to become a registered behavior technician Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians are responsible for implementing individualized behavior-analytic programs as designed by our supervisory team. Services are provided in home, school, clinic, and community settings across the Honolulu and Windward areas. Primary Responsibilities Include: - Delivering 1:1 ABA services using evidence-based methods (e.g., DTT, NET, VB, PRT, RFT). - Implementing Skill-Based Treatment (SBT) and components of the Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) model (Level 2 training provided to all staff; Level 3–4 training provided to providers who demonstrate interest and promise—paid in full by the company). - Running group-based skill-building sessions for 4–7 participants when qualified. - Collecting and recording data using company-issued iPads. - Collaborating with BCBAs, supervisors, and families. - Maintaining professionalism, punctuality, and reliability in all service settings.
