Position Summary: As SVP of AI Strategy will have day-to-day responsibility for Arch’s enterprise approach to Artificial Intelligence, ensuring the organization becomes a smart, adaptable, early adopter of AI with appropriate governance and measurable business impact. This role will help define the AI vision, coordinate cross-segment initiatives, and prepare Arch for macro-level AI impacts across business, workforce, governance, and technology. Responsibilities include external sensing, governance frameworks, and producing the Annual AI Review to assess progress, risks, opportunities, and external trends.
