Utility Data Coordinator: We are looking for a Utility Data Coordinator to facilitate data collection and management activities for ESG (“Environmental, Social & Governance”) initiatives aligned with Rexford’s long-term ESG goals. As a key member of the Rexford Industrial ESG team, reporting to the Snr Director, ESG, this role will be responsible for gathering and ensuring the integrity of utility data for properties in our portfolio. The most successful person will have previous experience working with utility data at a real estate organization. They will apply their strong organizational skills and background in data collection and management to ensure Rexford’s sustainability performance reporting is accurate, efficient and timely.
