PURPOSE: The Save A Lot Facilities Personnel is responsible for the repair, upkeep, and overall maintenance of the buildings, equipment, and grounds. This role ensures the facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained through preventative maintenance, inspections, and timely repairs. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs) - Troubleshoot and repair facility and equipment issues in a timely manner - Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent repair needs - Coordinate major repairs with approved vendors when necessary - Inspect building systems, lighting, doors, locks, and structural components - Maintain operational condition of facility equipment and fixtures - Complete scheduled preventative maintenance tas...
