Universal Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Weekend & Evening Schedules Serving Clients Across Mercer County, PA $1,000 Signing Bonus | $23.00/HR Abound Health is hiring compassionate, reliable Universal Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) throughout Mercer County, including Hermitage, Sharon, Grove City, Mercer, Farrell, and surrounding communities. A Universal DSP is a jack-of-all-trades support professional. Universal DSPs may be asked to work in licensed group homes, provide 1:1 in-home and community support, or assist across multiple service settings depending on client needs. We are seeking adaptable, confident DSPs who are comfortable supporting individuals in a variety of environments and who bring 2+ years of caregiving experience. We currently have full-time Universal DSP openings with weekend and evening schedules available.
