As we continue to elevate our capabilities and global presence, we are seeking an Industrial and Standardisation Engineer to join our dynamic Manufacturing team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Hethel. Summary: Responsible for time study, capacity planning, direct headcount planning and cost estimation across all areas of Manufacturing for current and new vehicle models. The role ensures: Accurate definition of Hours per Car Optimised headcount and capacity planning: Robust manufacturing cost estimates for in-house parts and process changes Continuous improvement of manufacturing efficiency, quality, and cost The position is expected to be provide significant opportunity to influence both day-to-day manufacturing performance and future production strategy.
