Job description

Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience preferred. · 5+ years of total HR experience · Minimum of 3 years of HR Business Partner experience, preferred. · Proven success working on a multi-unit HR team and driving enterprise-wide initiatives. Exceptional communication and strong organizational influence skills with the ability to build alignment across diverse business units and lead through change. · Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional and geographically dispersed business partners and their teams to achieve strategic goals while maintaining operational excellence. Proven success in leveraging data and analytics to forecast workforce needs, evaluate performance trends, and influence business strategy at the front-line leadership level. · Strong commitment to ethical leadership, compliance, and confidentiality, ensuring adherence to company policy, legal standards, and best practices while managing sensitive and complex people matters.
