Position Summary: This Energy Efficiency Specialist is responsible for performing on-site energy analysis of residential customers premise and equipment operation. Educating customers by presenting findings, and motivating customers to implement cost-effective energy conservation measures to help achieve Duke Energy FPSC mandated goals. In addition to promoting energy efficiency programs, the EE Specialist is also a full-service technical position responsible for offering other products and services focused on contributing to the company’s other corporate goals while enhancing the customer’s overall experience.
