Job Shift: Days Job Type: Full Time: Up to $6,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months. The Patient Care Tech. assists patients with activities of daily living and provides basic nursing care to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of the patient, and serves as a clinical preceptor to Nursing Assistants & PCT’s and is cross-trained to Unit Associate. Assists with maintenance of a safe and clean unit environment. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned. Education: Experience: License: Certifications: - Delivers Exceptional Customer Service - Assist in Patient Care Functions - Assist in Delivery of Indirect Patient Care Functions and Transport - Communication and Documentation of Activities - Leadership - Required: High School diploma, GED or equivalent - Preferred: Preferred: 6 months of hospital experience. - Florida-issued CNA license, or completion of first semester of Registered Nurse program. - Required: BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
