Job Description: Program Leadership & Operations Management - Direct and manage daily operations of Employee Accommodation Services using a case management model - Oversee intake, triage, and resolution of accommodation requests across all campuses - Establish workflows, performance metrics, and service standards to ensure timely case processing - Monitor caseload distribution and adjust resources to meet demand Staff Supervision & Team Development: Complex Case Oversight & Decision Support - Supervise ADA Case Managers and administrative staff - Provide coaching, training, and performance management - Support onboarding and professional development of team members - Foster a collaborative, service-oriented team environment - Review and provide guidance on complex or high-risk accommodation cases - Support interactive process discussions with employees, supervisors, and HR - Ensure consistency and compliance in accommodation determinations - Assist in...
