Overview GovCIO is currently hiring for a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise scale ServiceNow solutions in support of a USAF program. This position will be located at Langley AFB, Virginia and will be an onsite position. Responsibilities: Designs and develops network and system architectures, and defines key capabilities and performance requirements. Defines total systems design and technology maturity constraints in accordance with mission requirements. Develops network and system element architecture and design and interface definitions. Defines network and system implementation approach and operational concept. Develops models and architectural guidelines for current and future network and system development. Ensures requirements are met and evaluates performance with customer. The ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise‑scale ServiceNow solutions in support of a USAF program.
