Construction Manager – Georgia Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) SCS Technical Shared Services, Projects East WORK LOCATION: - This position will be located at Plants Wansley and Yates. Opportunities at other construction sites in the region may become available as new projects start construction. - Day trips to Georgia Power Company (GPC) Headquarters and other BESS projects sites may be required as needed. - Some relocation/per diem assistance may be available if the successful candidate does not already live within a reasonable commute distance. - Remote working opportunities will be extremely limited for this position. POSITION SUMMARY: The Construction Manager for Wansley and Yates BESS is responsible for the construction oversight of the BESS projects as well as the Technical Shared Services (TSS) main point of contact for all aspects of implementation needs.
