About your new team SHQ is the largest non-government provider of sexual and reproductive health services in Western Australia. Over the past 50 years our organisation has evolved and expanded to meet the growing and changing needs of the community, providing clinical, counselling and education services that promote sexual health and relationship wellbeing for all. The Role: SHQ2U is an outreach cervical screening pilot program for people with disability, funded by the Western Australian Cervical Cancer Prevention Program (WACCP). The SHQ2U nurse will provide accessible and inclusive cervical screening for people with disability in community-based settings, in line with the National Cervical Screening Guidelines. The role also involves supporting the project clinical lead in the preparation and delivery of statewide education sessions for health professionals, people with disability and, if applicable, their carers.
