JOB SUMMARY: This role will be focused on leading buy- and sell-side financial due diligence services on behalf of a broad range of financial and strategic buyers & sellers as well as privately-held business owners (sell-side diligence) within the dynamic middle market. JOB DESCRIPTION: Lead financial due diligence (buy-side and sell-side) engagements including: Quoting and scoping prospective engagements Directing and performing analysis: Leading management discussions and correspondence: Preparation and presentation of key deal analyses (Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, Debt & Debt-Like, etc.) Writing reports and delivering findings to clients Support UHY Corporate Finance marketing and business development through participation in marketing efforts, networking events, preparation of pitchbooks and related materials Manage and communicate pipeline and project status internally and with clients Develop standards, practices, procedures, templates and thought leadership Participate in recruiting and interviewing / candidate selectio...
