Senior/Staff Product Designer

Welcome to Brightline! We are searching for a Senior/Staff Product Designer who will drive user understanding, craft our member and provider product experiences, and contribute to scalable design systems. You will own high-complexity, end-to-end design initiatives that impact our coaches, clinicians, and families, creating elegant, scalable designs that serve our mission and business objectives. Responsibilities: Define strategic impact: Lead design projects that fundamentally improve the efficacy of our clinical operations and member outcomes. You will connect digital and in-person workflows to ensure a cohesive, high-quality experience across the entire user journey. Deepen user understanding. Advance our culture of user feedback and keen understanding of the kids, families, clinicians, and staff we serve. Be relentless in finding empathetic solutions that meet user needs, synthesizing insights and tying them back to the big picture.
