This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting servers, and ensuring that every guest receives an exceptional dining experience. The Busser works closely with both front and heart-of-house personnel to provide efficient service and contribute to a welcoming environment. Essential Functions: Station Setup: At the beginning of each shift, obtain and prepare the assigned station, ensuring it is fully stocked with necessary items. Menu Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and availability of special requests, to assist guests and team members. Food and Beverage Service: Support the prompt delivery of food and beverages to guests, working closely with servers to ensure timely service.
