Job Title: Personal Support Worker Location: Toronto Immigration Holding Centre (Onsite, 3 days/week) Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (3 hours/shift) Reports To : Manager, Clinical Practice PAY - $22-25/hr: Position Summary: Bayshore Medical Personnel is in search of a Personal Support Worker interested in PART TIME work to join a healthcare clinic that provides medical services for all clients of various risk levels. This includes but is not limited to: adult males, adult females, families, pregnant women, 2SLGBTQI+ individuals, minors, persons suffering from a medical condition or disability, addictions, persons with suspected or diagnosed mental illness, and victims of human trafficking. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: - Assist detainees with activities of daily living. This may include feeding, lifts and transfers, bathing, skin care, oral hygiene, and toileting. - Provide any additional care as delegated by a registered health practitioner, as needed and when it can be performed safely and within provincial legislation. - When required, monitor the well-being and safety of the detainee and their environment to re...
