A s a QA Hardware Technician, you’ll be maintaining a physical device lab -keeping hardware ready for automated and manual testing. The day-to-day includes: - Set up and maintain physical test devices (TVs, streaming devices) - Ensuring they are correctly configured, networked, and in a healthy state before any test cycle begins - Prepare devices from scratch using documented processes, including basic networking setup - Monitor device health proactively, identifying and resolving hardware or connectivity issues before they impact automated or manual test execution.
