RN Clinical Manager - Hospice - FT - Mon-Fri - 8a-5p We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Manager to join our hospice team. Reporting directly to the Executive Director or Administrator, you will oversee patient care activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant hospice services. This leadership role involves managing clinical operations, coordinating care, and developing staff to uphold the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. - Hospice RN Case Manager experience preferred.
