Job Description Summary Location: East Hanover #Hybrid The Insights and Decision Science (IDS) team is dedicated to enabling improved decision making at Novartis by leveraging data and advanced analytics capabilities to generate actionable insights that drive business growth. We collaborate closely with the US business, bringing insights and challenging ideas to empower smarter, data-driven decision-making. Reporting into the ED, Decision Science Portfolio, this role supports the leadership team by providing robust responses to portfolio and enterprise-wide requests. The role aims to elevate the overall IDS innovation and insight-generation capability, ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of industry advancements in Decision Science. This role is integral to maintaining a cohesive and forward-thinking enterprise, dedicated to achieving excellence in the pharmaceutical industry, through collaborations and thought partnership with the ED, Decision Science Portfolio and other IDS functions like Data Strategy & Governance, Application Product Management, I&A, others.
