Ops/Production Superintendent

Position Summary The Production Superintendent oversees all reclamation field operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable regulations. This role supervises front line project supervisors and ensures coordinated, productive daily execution. Supervisor Responsibilities: This position has direct supervisory responsibility for supervisors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead daily reclamation field activities, including earthwork, grading, soil placement, and revegetation. - Manage crews, equipment, subcontractors, scheduling, and labor productivity to meet project deadlines. - Track daily progress and maintain accurate production records. - Coordinate equipment operations and maintenance with front line supervisors. - Foster a positive employee relations environment and promote teamwork and performance accountability. - Support continuous development of front line leaders and step in for the Site Manager as needed. - Perform other duties as required to meet operational and organizational needs.
