Job Description: Responsibilities - your mission The jobholder will be a key contributor of the Airbus SAP FI/SD SAP Systems support team. On the S/4 HANA SAP solutions covering accounts receivable, payables processes and Travel Expenses, the jobholder will have the responsibilities to support Airbus worldwide accounting users network, for 80+ legal entities of the 3 Airbus divisions. The main tasks and responsibilities will include: Incident support: Collect incidents through ticketing system Analyze incidents according to priority: Understand the issue and be able to reproduce the case Propose and apply a solution to fix.
