To lead a team of 2 P&C professionals in the Netherlands – with 300 employees to support in a European environment of 4000+ employees. Duel reporting to P&C leadership and Business Lead. The P&C consultant is an advanced subject matter expert, responsible for proactively supporting the design and implementation of strategies relating to HR and also provides general HR support. Main activities / responsibilities: - Provide people managers guidance w.r.t people processes, policies and practices specific to business, regional and/or local context - Provide P&C workers council guidance - Facilitate and Guide Leaders/People Managers on Talent development programs, Talent Reviews and Talent Issues - Supports the communication and implementation of HR programs to managers and employees - Supports hiring, onboarding and exit processes for assigned business units - Tracks H...
