This is a values-driven, structured, high-performance business — not a sales floor. About the role: The Sales Development Coordinator is the front-of-house engine of our advisory process. You will be the first voice clients hear when they reach out to RPW. You will book Discovery sessions, qualify enquiries, manage all pre-meeting administration, coordinate documents, and keep our Portfolio Advisors and Mortgage Advisors running at 80% client-facing utilisation. This is a structured part-time role — 2.5 days per week (or more) — with clear KPIs, weekly scorecards, and a defined career pathway. Strong performers progress to Mortgage Advisor or Portfolio Advisor positions within 18–24 months, with the option to transition to additional days or full-time as the division scales.
