About the Role: We are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Wellbeing Coordinator to join our Community Wellbeing team. In this role, you will coordinate holistic, person-centred support that strengthens tenancy sustainability and improves tenant wellbeing. You will work closely with tenants, internal teams, and external service providers to assess needs, develop support plans, and connect clients to appropriate services. This is a highly rewarding role for someone passionate about making a meaningful impact in the housing and community services sector.
