ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS: Warmly welcome guests, inform them of specials, and answer questions. Take food and beverage orders, make recommendations, and upsell items. Accurately input orders into the POS system and prepare itemized checks, including tax. Present checks to guests, process payments, and provide change. Serve food and beverages, check back to ensure guest satisfaction, and address any issues with urgency and professionalism. Pre-bus tables throughout service, removing unused or dirty dishes, utensils, glasses, and trash, and transporting them to the kitchen.
