What We’re Looking For: As an Implementation Manager focused on Accounting Partnerships at Puzzle, you’ll own the end-to-end implementation experience for accounting firms and their clients. You’ll take customers from signed contract through a successful go-live, ensuring their financial workflows, data, and team are fully set up. This is a fully execution-focused role. You’ll manage the entire implementation lifecycle — kickoff, configuration, data migration, testing, go-live — while serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout.
