Job description

The Memphis Case Ready Facility Manager directs, leads, and coaches the operational personnel in, planning, organizing and running optimum day-to-day operations of facility to exceed our customers’ expectations. Responsible for increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards. Oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing, to ensure policies and procedures are implemented and followed. Develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: QUALIFICATIONS: · Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or 8 years of operational management experience in a plant environment. · Lean Six Sigma certification preferred · Training in Safety, SQF, GMP, and HACCP · Previous experience and strong understanding of budgeting/expense management with a basic understanding of financial and accounting practices · Strong computer skills including the ability to prepare spreadsheets and use Microsoft Office products to analyze data and trends · Previous experience in best practice implementing and using continuous improvement and lean to...
