Job Details: The Lead is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in coordinating daily operations and ensuring that team members understand and follow assigned tasks efficiently and accurately. This role serves as a key point of communication between the Supervisor and the team, helping to maintain production goals, safety, equipment functionality, and adherence to Tyson policies and procedures. The Lead supports a safe and productive work environment while monitoring workflow, equipment, and team performance.
