Our mission is to provide open, data driven tools that increase accuracy, streamline operational workflows and improve the overall claims and repair experience. Role Purpose: Reporting to the Head of Sales and Client Management, Australia, and working in alignment with the GT Global Product team in Spain, the Product Adoption Manager drives product adoption, integration, and optimisation across Australian insurers and strategic partners, including BMS providers. As the key product liaison for the Australian market, the role translates local needs into clear input for the global Product team while ensuring customers are fully trained, enabled, and supported to realise product value.
