Overview Reporting to the Director of Financial Aid, the Senior Financial Aid Administrator is responsible for the management and oversight of all aspects of the student financial aid process. The Senior Financial Aid Administrator is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies. The Senior Financial Aid Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the financial aid office. A candidate for this position must demonstrate self-motivation, a high degree of organizational skills, a high level of customer service orientation, and a collaborative spirit to be successful in the fast-paced environment associated with being a member of the Division of Student Affairs team. Responsibilities: - Administer federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs in compliance with all applicable regulations, including Title IV requirements - Ensure adherence to policies set forth by the US Department of Education and other regulatory bodies - Student packaging, awarding, verification, and disbursement processes - Monitor regulatory changes and implement operational updates to maintain compliance - Provide comprehensive financial aid counseling to prospec...
