We are looking for a colleague to join Genoray’s German subsidiary in Berlin. Genoray manufactures medical and dental X-ray equipment. Our products are distributed globally through our headquarters in South Korea, five overseas subsidiaries (Germany, USA, Japan, Türkiye and Shanghai), and more than 40 international partners. As the European subsidiary, we operate in a B2B model, supplying our products to local distributors across more than 20 countries, including Germany, the UK, Spain and Italy. Our goal is to strengthen our presence in the European market by ensuring high customer satisfaction, making service a key part of our success and of your role with us. As a Medical Equipment and Device Field Technician/Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting medical (C-arms and mammography systems) and dental (OPG, CBCT, and portable) product lines.
