Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week Role Overview: The Senior Strategic Change Management Lead is responsible for shaping and implementing the strategy that underpins organizational transformation. This senior-level position requires a seasoned professional with a strong foundation in change management, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership. The role is designed for a highly skilled contributor who can balance technical expertise with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders across the enterprise. The successful candidate will be accountable for developing and executing structured change management methodologies that support business and cultural transformation. This includes driving the adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies in alignment with New York Life’s strategic objectives.
