Overview The Supply Chain Assistant provides full supply chain assistance for the Capability Program Executive, Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and Sensors (CPE IEW&S) Program Management Offices. Responsibilities: · Prepare physical inventory documents for Government property and provide them to Government Stock Record Officer (SRO), Property Book Officer (PBO), and or Accountable Property Officer (APO) IAW CPE IEW&S-provided property accountability procedures · Support logistics audits and audit readiness testing by completing such actions as collecting existing auditable documents for assessment, examining documents for completeness and proper annotation, verifying document numbers (transactions) and submitting documents to auditors for review. · Conduct recurring and special physical inventories of Government property as scheduled by the APO IAW CPE IEW&S-provided property accountability procedures · Process physical inventory/accountable property record adjustment documents · Develop Department of Army (DA) Forms 2407s and 2407-1s for Government property maintenance requests · Maintain Government property receipt, shipment, storage, lateral transfer, and loan documentation in...
