Be the technical backbone that keeps cutting-edge radar systems running flawlessly — solving complex challenges, empowering customers, and driving continuous product improvement from the front line! As an S&S Systems Engineer, you will ensure smooth systems functionality and deliver technical solutions for customer inquiries, proactively addressing issues and enhancing products through performance analysis. You will provide tailored support through remote assistance and occasional client visits, acting as a key bridge between customers and internal teams. This role reports to the S&S Systems Manager. Responsibilities: Oversee database, systems, and server performance, conducting technical analysis, troubleshooting issues, managing updates, and monitoring system stability remotely for uptime and performance metrics. Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance to ensure efficient and reliable operations.
