Job description

Description The Roaster operates roasting and material-handling equipment to meet daily production requirements while maintaining quality, safety, and traceability standards. This position requires prior experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments and the ability to follow defined processes, manage equipment, and document results accurately. The Roaster works closely with the Production Supervisor and production team to ensure smooth workflow, adapt to schedule changes, and maintain operational consistency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Operate coffee roasting and associated production equipment according to established VCC standards - Execute production schedules efficiently while meeting quality and throughput targets - Scale, stage, and roast batches accurately - Monitor process parameters and make controlled adjustments as required - Perform routine cleaning, preventative maintenance, and equipment inspections - Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in compliance with company and safety standards - Complete accurate and timely production logs, inventory records, and quality documentation - Communicate equipment issues, process deviations, or batch varia...
