As the Quality Supervisor at nVent in Millington, MD, you'll provide overall quality leadership, support, tools and procedures by working with the local leadership team to establish quality processes. Ensure these processes provide value to customers and all stakeholders, control process variability and reduce operating costs while working to establish and sustain common quality processes. WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS ROLE: Supervise and lead a team of quality technicians. Champion the application of nVent quality processes and tools, including the quality policy and quality documentation systems. Define, develop and deploy long-term strategies to achieve best-in-class systems and best-in-quality products and services. Act as guardian, custodian and promoter of company quality standards.
